These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of products and services offered by cyguin LLC, a Minnesota limited liability company, including MarginKit and any other cyguin products (collectively, "Products").
By purchasing, downloading, or using any cyguin Product, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use our Products.
MarginKit is a digital Notion-based product sold as a one-time purchase. Upon completing your purchase, cyguin grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use MarginKit for your own business or personal purposes.
Additional products offered by cyguin, including npm packages and hosted SaaS tools, are subject to these Terms unless a separate agreement applies.
You may not:
- Resell, sublicense, or redistribute any cyguin Product or substantial portions thereof
- Claim authorship or ownership of any cyguin Product
- Use any cyguin Product to build a competing product without express written permission
- Remove or obscure any proprietary notices
Product pricing is displayed at the time of purchase. All prices are in USD unless otherwise stated.
Payments are processed by Lemon Squeezy. cyguin does not store or process your payment card information directly. By completing a purchase, you also agree to Lemon Squeezy's terms of service and privacy policy.
You are responsible for any applicable taxes, duties, or fees imposed by your jurisdiction.
MarginKit: We offer a 14-day refund window. If you are not satisfied, contact hello@cyguin.com within 14 days of purchase for a full refund.
cyguin may grant refunds outside the standard window at our sole discretion. Contact hello@cyguin.com with your order details and reason for the request.
Refund eligibility for other cyguin products will be stated at the time of purchase or in separate product documentation.
All cyguin Products, including source code, design, documentation, and branding, are the intellectual property of cyguin LLC. These Terms do not transfer any ownership rights to you. The cyguin name, logo, and product names are trademarks of cyguin LLC.
cyguin Products are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
cyguin does not warrant that Products will meet your specific requirements, be error-free or uninterrupted, or that results obtained from use of Products will be accurate or reliable.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, cyguin LLC and its members, employees, and contractors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business, arising out of or related to your use of any cyguin Product.
Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of these Terms or your use of our Products shall not exceed the amount you paid to cyguin in the 12 months preceding the claim.
You agree not to use any cyguin Product:
- In violation of any applicable law or regulation
- To transmit harmful, fraudulent, or misleading content
- To infringe the intellectual property rights of others
- In any manner that could damage, disable, or impair cyguin infrastructure or services
cyguin reserves the right to terminate or suspend your access to any Product at our discretion if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, your license to use the applicable Product ceases immediately.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Minnesota, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Minnesota.
cyguin may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated Terms with a revised effective date. Continued use of our Products after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
