Email hello@cyguin.com with your order number or the email address used at checkout. We will process your refund promptly.
We evaluate refund requests outside the standard 14-day window on a case-by-case basis. We aim to be fair. If you have a legitimate reason for a late request, reach out to hello@cyguin.com with your order details and we will review it.
Refund eligibility for products other than MarginKit will be stated at the point of purchase or in the applicable product documentation. If no policy is stated, contact hello@cyguin.com and we will work with you.
Refunds are issued through Lemon Squeezy, our payment processor, back to your original payment method. Processing time is typically 5–10 business days depending on your bank or card issuer.
